We encourage exhibitors to allow their exhibits to remain up from 7:00 am, 10/20/97 to noon, 10/22/97.
Cost - US$300; includes registration for 1 person, 10 foot wide by 8 foot deep space, 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs
Exhibit space opens 7:00 am, Monday, October 20, and will be open during all breaks and during the Monday evening reception. It will be closed during the sessions. The exhibitor is responsible for providing the exhibit booth and a person(s) to staff the exhibit. The amount of time the exhibit is staffed is up to the exhibitor's discretion. The exhibit area will be locked overnight and during the luncheon. However, neither the Hyatt nor the CAER will be held responsible for missing items.
Each person staffing an exhibit must be a registrant for the Symposium. The reigstration fee for additional personnel is US$200.00 per person.
4 foot by 8 foot project board will be available if needed. Nothing may be attached to walls, columns, floors, etc.
If shipping your exhibit to the Hyatt, you must be a registered guest at the Hyatt and the Hyatt must be notified of the shipment in advance. A handling charge may apply. Package(s) must be marked as follows:
