• Review Process Explanation
  Manuscripts in Fuel format are received here at the CAER. The papers are evaluated as to appropriateness of content in terms of the scope of Fuel. The ones which pass this evaluation are sent to reviewers. The reviewers evaluate them and make suggestions of changes which will overcome the shortcomings. The papers are then returned to the authors who make the changes and return the corrected papers to Fuel. A final determination is made at that point concerning the fitness of the manuscript for Fuel.
