• Deadlines:
  - March 1, 1997 - abstract due
  - April 1, 1997 - notifications of acceptance mailed out
  - August 1, 1997 - paper for Proceedings volume due (mandatory);
  speaker information sheet due (oral presenters only)
  - October 19, 1997 - poster set-up: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
  - October 20, 1997 - manuscript for Fuel issue due

  6. 1 page abstract of presentation
  7. Indicate if prefer oral or poster presentation
  • Each presenter is responsible for making his own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.
  • Each presenter is required to attend the Symposium.
  • Each presenter is required to pay the full registration fee.

  • Submission of a paper for the Proceedings volume is mandatory.

  • Submission of a manuscript for the Fuel issue is optional.

  • Translation services will be arranged, if necessary, but the attendee will be responsible for the cost.
