  Title: - begins 2.25 inches from top of page, initial capitals
  - Separate title from authors with a blank line.

  Spacing: - single spaced
  Paragraphs: - not indented, separated by a blank line
  Page Numbering: - on back of page, in pencil,
  
  - include author's last name and the page number
  Font: - 12 point, Times New Roman (or similar font)
  References: - use format on example that follows
