Limit: 20 exhibits

Each exhibit will be provided with: 10 foot wide by 8 foot deep space, 6 foot draped table, 2 chairs

DEADLINES:

March 1, 1999:   application to exhibit due (see form)

April 1, 1999:   notification of acceptance status.

If accepted, this will include:

• release of liability form
• registration form

May 1, 1999:   completed forms/payments due   (if exhibit accepted)

• Release of liability form
• registration forms for each person attending
• payment of exhibitor fee and registration fee(s) for extra people
• August, 1999: Exhibitors will be contacted by LEXPO Exposition Services concerning any decorating/electricity/etc. needs you may have for your exhibit. LEXPO Exposition Services is the company with which we have contracted for decorating needs at the Symposium.

• Payment methods accepted are:
  • Check, bank draft, or money order payable to University of Kentucky.
  • Government electronic transfer (forms must be initiated by exhibitor)
  • International bank transfer - please call (606) 257-2820 for for account number.
        Exhibitor is responsible for all transfer charges.
  • Visa or Mastercard credit cards (We cannot accept other credit cards.)

• Payment must be in U. S. Dollars.

NOTE: PAYMENTS STILL OUTSTANDING BY AUGUST 2^ND WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF INCLUSION IN THE PROCEEDINGS VOLUME, WEB SITE, ETC.

October 20, 1999:   take down noon to 5:00 pm

• inclusion in Proceedings Volume, web page, etc., IF payment received by August 2, 1999
• does not include:
  • electricity or other special needs
  • additional people to staff exhibit (these people must pay full registration fee)

Exhibit space opens 7:00 am, Monday, October 18, and will be open during all breaks and during the Monday evening reception. It will be closed during the sessions. The exhibit area will be locked overnight and during the luncheon. A security guard will be present at night. However, neither the Lexington Center Corporation nor the CAER will be held responsible for missing items.

4 foot by 8 foot project board will be available if needed, but it must be requested with your application. Back supports for artwork must be supplied by the exhibitor. Nothing may be attached to walls, columns, floors, etc.
