Each presentation: 25 minute talk - 5 minute Q/A

• one slide tray (on day of presentation)

• AV viewing room for preparation before speech

Other AV equipment will be available upon request at speaker's expense. Requests must be made in advance.

Speaker Check-In: Each speaker will check in with the moderator of his/her session between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. at the Speaker Table located near the Continental Breakfast buffet.

A tentative session assignment for your presentation will be indicated in the brochure mailed in June, 1999. It will include the day of your presentation and also whether it is in the morning or afternoon.

Paper for Proceedings Volume is mandatory.

Paper for FUEL volume is optional.
