Exhibits are open to viewing during breakfasts and coffee breaks, but closed during the receptions. The exhibit area will be locked overnight. A security guard will be present at night. However, neither the Hyatt Regency nor the CAER will be held responsible for missing items. Nothing may be attached to walls, columns, floors, etc. Cost: US$550.00 includes: registration for 1 person 10 foot wide by 8 foot deep space (8' backdrop behind, 3' drapes on sides) 6 foot draped table (skirted on 3 sides, vinyl top) 2 chairs inclusion in Proceedings Volume, web page, etc., IF payment received by August 1, 2001 does not include: electricity or other special needs additional people to staff exhibit (these people must pay full registration fee) DEADLINES AND INSTRUCTIONS March 1, 2001: application to exhibit due (see form) April 2, 2001: notification of acceptance status If accepted, this will include: release of liability form electricity form exhibitor registration form registration forms for any additional staff May 1, 2001: completed forms/payments due (if exhibit accepted) The following are due: Release of Liability form electricity form exhibitor registration form registration forms for any additional staff payment of exhibitor fee and registration fee(s) for additional staff Payment methods accepted are: Check or money order payable to University of Kentucky. Visa or Mastercard credit cards (We cannot accept other credit cards.) Payment must be in U. S. Dollars. *Payments still outstanding by August 1, 2001 will result in forfeiture of inclusion in the Proceedings* Volume. Please note:** The August 1 deadline remains firm, even though the Proceedings volume (CD and book) will not be available until 6 weeks after the Symposium. While we can not promise the Proceedings volume until that time (due to staffing considerations), we hope to have staff available August 1, 2001 to produce it in time for distribution at the Symposium. August, 2001: Exhibitors will be contacted by LEXPO Exposition Services concerning any decorating, etc. needs you may have for your exhibit. LEXPO Exposition Services is the company with which we have contracted for decorating needs at the Symposium. October 21, 2001: set up 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm October 24, 2001: take down noon to 5:00 pm We suggest that, if you are shipping your exhibit, you ship it according to the shipping instructions which will be supplied to you by LEXPO.
