Photocopies of papers (sold at Symposium)	US$5.00/paper

Guest/Spouse fees per event:

• continental breakfast - US$13.00/breakfast
• Reception (Monday night) - US$45.00
• Old Kentucky Night (Tuesday night) - US$40.00

Definition of a student: 1) working on degree full time, and 2) not a full time employee
Definition of a senior citizen: 65 years or older

Registration fees are half price. Fees for other items are full price. "Other items" includes the book option for the Proceedings volume, extra Proceedings volumes in either CD or book format, a commemorative souvenir, or guest/spouse fees.

Half price registration fees are:
2 or 3 day attendance on or before Sept. 4: US$145.00
2 or 3 day attendance after Sept. 4: US$187.00
1 day attendance on or before Sept. 4: US$72.00
1 day attendance after Sept. 4: US$93.00

If you qualify according to one of the above definitions and would like to take advantage of the lower registration fees, use the regular registration form, but be sure to:
1) write "STUDENT" or "SENIOR CITIZEN" prominently on the form, and
2) fill in the correct fee in the appropriate space.
