The Symposium hotel is the Hyatt Regency Lexington. We strongly suggest that you make reservations before September 30, 2001, due to the demand for hotel rooms in Lexington during October. Special rates for this Symposium: US$116.00+tax single, US$126.00+tax double At the present time, the hotel tax rate in Lexington is 12.36%. A limited number of rooms will be available at this rate until they are sold out. These special rates apply only for October 21-25, 2001. On September 30, 2001, any remaining unsold rooms in this block will be released to the general public. Rooms sold after this date will be on a rate and space availability basis only. Hyatt check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Upon check-in, guests will be asked to verify their departure date. At that time, scheduled departure dates can be altered. Changes made thereafter shall be subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. Departure extensions are based on availability. Hyatt check-out deadline is noon.
