Submission of a paper for the Proceedings Volume is mandatory.
The following must be received at the CAER by August 1, 2001:
- paper for Proceedings Volume
- registration form
- registration fee
Please note: The above deadline remains firm, even though the Proceedings volume (CD and book) will not be available until 6 weeks after the Symposium. While we can not promise the Proceedings volume until that time (due to staffing considerations), we hope to have staff available August 1, 2001 to produce it in time for distribution at the Symposium.
The posters will be located in Patterson Ballroom on the ground level of the Hyatt Regency.
Poster size: 4 feet by 8 feet
Provided: 4 feet by 8 feet framed, self-supported, tack board
Nothing may be attached to walls, columns, floors, etc.
Set up: 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm, October 21, 2001
Poster Session: 3:15 pm - 5:00 pm, October 22, 2001

Poster Session*
Take down: noon - 5:00 pm, October 24, 2001
Posters are open to viewing during breakfasts and coffee breaks, but closed during the receptions.
