We anticipate 300 worldwide attendees from academia, industry, and government.

Sponsorship levels:

• Gold - US $1,000.00
• Silver - US $500.00
• Bronze - US $250.00

Deadlines: Please note that sponsorship applications are processed as soon as they are received, and you are notified at that time of your acceptance status. Provided that your application is accepted, items 1 and 2 listed below will be implemented promptly upon receipt of your donation. Therefore, it is to your advantage to apply as early as possible. Applications for sponsorship should be received here at the CAER no later than March 1, 2001. (see sponsorship application form)

If Your Sponsorship Application Is Accepted:

In appreciation, we will provide the following, contingent upon receipt of your donation:

1. Company name, linked, on 2001 Symposium website's homepage
2. Contact information on List of Sponsors page
3. Contact information in Proceedings Volume (book version and cd version)
4. 2 foot by 3 foot sign with company name at function you sponsor (breakfast/coffee break/reception). You may be a partial sponsor of an event.

Donations still outstanding on August 1, 2001
will forfeit inclusion in the Proceedings Volume.

Please note:

• The above deadline remains firm, even though the Proceedings volume (CD and book) will not be available until 6 weeks after the Symposium. While we can not promise the Proceedings volume until that time (due to staffing considerations), we hope to have staff available August 1, 2001 to produce it in time for distribution at the Symposium.
• Donation must be in U. S. Dollars.
• Donation may be by check, bank draft, or money order payable to University of Kentucky. (We can not accept donations by credit card or electronic transfer.)
• Donations must be accompanied by a letter on your company/organization letterhead stating the intent of the donation.
