October 22-24, 2001 Hyatt Regency Lexington, Lexington, Kentucky, USA

The 2001 International Ash Utilization Symposium is organized by the Center for Applied Energy Research at the University of Kentucky and the U. S. Department of Energy's National Energy Technology Laboratory. It is implemented and managed by the staff of the University of Kentucky's Center for Applied Energy Research.

It will cover all aspects of coal combustion by-product utilization. The anticipated attendance of 300 registrants is expected to include worldwide representation from academia, industry, and government. As such, it will provide a forum for the transfer of information and new ideas to benefit the innovative utilization, handling, storage and disposal of CCBs.
