Sponsor Information

We anticipate 300 worldwide attendees from academia, industry, and government.

Sponsorship levels:

Platinum - US $2,000.00 or above
Gold - US $1,000.00
Silver - US $500.00
Bronze - US $250.00

A list of 2003 Symposium Sponsors will be available at a later date.

Sponsorship information sheets are processed as soon as they are received, and you are notified at that time of your acceptance status. Provided that your application is accepted, items 1 and 2 listed below will be implemented promptly upon receipt of your donation. Therefore, it is to your advantage to apply as early as possible. Applications for sponsorship should be received here at the CAER no later than March 3, 2003 in order to be included in the brochure. See

In appreciation of your sponsorship, we will provide the following:

Company name, linked to your website, and contact information on 2003 Symposium website
Contact information in Proceedings Volume
Your company name on signage at the Symposium

Donations still outstanding on September 24, 2003, will forfeit inclusion in the Proceedings Volume.

Please note:

Donations must be in U. S. Dollars.
Donations may be by check, bank draft, or money order payable to University of Kentucky. (We cannot accept donations by credit card or electronic transfer.)
Donations must be accompanied by a letter on your company/organization letterhead stating the intent of the donation.

You may make a general donation to the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research, to the Symposium specifically, or to a specific event within the Symposium. For more information, please contact:
