Deadlines

March 3, 2003 - abstract due
The abstract must follow guidelines in Presentation Application Directions. If it is accepted, it will be published on the Symposium web site and in the abstract booklet to be given to each attendee at the beginning of the Symposium.

April 1, 2003 - notification of acceptance
Corresponding authors will be notified of acceptance status.

September 2, 2003 - registration
Presenters must register on or before this date if they want to take advantage of the lower registration fee.

September 24, 2003 - if your presentation is accepted, the following are ALL due:

• paper for Proceedings Volume
• speaker information sheet (for oral presentations only)
• manuscript for Fuel (optional)

• registration
• registration fee

These MUST be received by September 24, 2003 for inclusion in the Proceedings Volume.

October 19, 2003 - poster set-up 7:00-9:00 pm

Additional Presenter Information:

• Letter of invitation will be sent ONLY if presenter requests it.
• Each presenter is responsible for making his/her own hotel reservations directly with the hotel.
• Each presenter is required to attend the Symposium.
• Each presenter is required to prepay the full registration fee.
• Letter in support of visas require advance warning.
