Fuel Manuscript Information
The Elsevier Ltd. journal Fuel
will devote an issue to selected manuscripts from the 2003 IAUS. Fuel
is an international academic refereed journal published by Elsevier Ltd.
in the United Kingdom.
The manuscript submitted for inclusion in Fuel MUST be different
from the manuscript submitted for the Proceedings Volume.
Manuscripts must follow the format prescribed by Fuel. They also must
undergo a review process to evaluate their appropriateness for inclusion
in Fuel.
Revew process:
Manuscripts in Fuel format will be received here at the CAER by September
24, 2003, and forwarded to Fuel. Manuscripts will be peer reviewed. The
papers will then be returned to the authors who will make the changes
and return the corrected papers to Fuel. A final determination will be
made at that point concerning the fitness of the manuscript for Fuel.

Reviewer Recruitment
Reviewers will be needed to read and critique manuscripts. Dr. Eric Suuberg
is the North American Editor for Fuel and will be asking presenters and
attendees to volunteer their time for this endeavor. If called upon, please
respond favorably if at all possible.
