Poster Presentation Guidelines

By September 24, 2003:

  1. Your paper must be received at the CAER
  2. Your registration form and fee must be received at OISTL. NOTE: They must be received by September 2, 2003, to take advantage of the lower registration fee.
  3. Your Fuel manuscript is due at the CAER (optional).

Posters will be located in the East Hall of the Lexington Center's Heritage Hall.

Poster size: 4 feet by 8 feet

Provided: 4 feet by 8 feet framed, self-supported, tack board

Nothing may be attached to walls, columns, floors, etc.

Set up: 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm, October 19, 2003

Poster Session: 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm, October 21, 2003
Presenters are expected to be at their poster during the Poster Session.

Take down: noon - 5:00 pm, October 22, 2003
